What you will need

• A completed Dewdrop registration form
• A certified copy of your child's birth certificate (or, for a child not born in South Africa, a passport, or a refugee or asylum seeker permit in the child's name)
• Your child's immunisation record (Road to Health booklet or clinic card)
• Certified copies of both parents' or guardians' identity documents (or a passport or permit for non-South African parents)
• Proof of residence, not older than three months
• Two recent passport-size photographs of your child
• Your child's medical aid details, and any medical, allergy, or additional-needs information
• Emergency contact details and the names of authorised collectors
• Proof of payment of the registration fee
