Enrol at Dewdrop

Enrolments for the 2027 school year are now open. Here is everything you need to apply.

how it works

Enrolling in four gentle steps

1. Apply

Complete the application form below and it opens in your email to send to us, or download the enrolment pack, print it, and fill it in by hand.

2. Send your documents

Arrange a drop-off with us on WhatsApp, or email them as attachments to admin@dewdropedu.co.za. The checklist is further down this page.

3. Pay the R500 application fee

Once you submit your application, we email you with details to pay the once-off, non-refundable R500 application fee. Your application is processed as soon as your payment is received. It does not, on its own, guarantee a place.

4. Acceptance and deposit

You will receive notification of the outcome. On acceptance, your deposit (one month's fees) secures your child's place, and you are welcomed into the Dewdrop family. Class placement is based on age, with a placement date of 30 June.

After you apply

Here is how things flow once your application is in.

📧 The R500 application fee
  • Once you submit your application, we email you with details to pay the R500 application fee (once-off and non-refundable).
  • As soon as your payment is received, we begin processing your application.
  • You will then receive notification of the outcome. On acceptance, your deposit (one month's fees) is payable to secure your child's place.

Enrolling a sibling? The R500 application fee is waived, just let us know.

Good to know

  • The application fee and deposit are non-refundable. Your child's place is confirmed once the signed forms and documents are received and the deposit is paid.
  • Class placement is confirmed by the school based on your child's age, with a placement date of 30 June.
  • Places are limited. Where a class is full, we open a free waitlist, so you are never charged for a place that is not available.
  • Our menu is halaal and freshly prepared on site. Only water is served, and parents pack their child's snacks.
